Vintage Sapphire Augis Love Medallion 18k Gold Charm

“Each day I love you more- today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow.” This beautiful passage, written by Rosemonde Gerard, is an excerpt from a poem she wrote for her husband in 1889. But the poem wouldn’t be popularized as a sentiment of love until the French Jeweler Alphonse Augis conceptualized the quote into the "Medaille d'amour" in 1907.
