Return Policy
Purchases made in store may be returned in original condition for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Store credit never expires. Please let us know if you are purchasing a gift.
In order to return items purchased online, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. All returns via post must be approved by Oko prior to shipment or they will not be accepted. Please initiate your return by contacting us via email, phone or DM within 3 days of delivery for return authorization before sending back any merchandise. Once you have received authorization for the return we ask that you ship the item back, fully insured, within 3 days to the address we provide (not the store's address.) All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee to cover non-refundable charges accumulated during the check-out process. Any items lost in shipping will not be refunded. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any orders cancelled after the day of purchase but before shipping are also subject to a 5% restocking fee, as the servicing fees are nonrefundable.
All resized items, sale items, layaway items and international sales are final sale.
