Vintage Neo-Classical Rhodolite Garnet 18k Gold Ring

A warm mauve rhodolite garnet shimmers within a neo-classical mounting of 18k gold in this drool-worthy vintage ring. The broad faceting induces languid flashes of light within the gem, which is somehow as bright as it is moody. The shoulders are inspired by Doric columns, and the fluting travels around the band before phasing out into a smooth surface. This hefty piece feels so good to wear, and the colors are endlessly pleasing.
