Antique English Late Georgian 14k Gold Rhodolite Garnet and Seed Pearl Double Halo Ring
Between the syrupy rhodolite garnet and the doubled halo of natural seed pearls, this antique English late Georgian era ring is a veritable feast for the eyes. The garnet rests in a collet setting which grasps the rich fuchsia-hued gem in low-lying gold florets. The piercing pink flashes contrast exquisitely with the soft lunar light of the pearls. The outer edge of the halo is hugged by a scalloped setting, below which a thick underside curves comfortably toward the finger. A slightly tapered and ample shank makes a suitable foundation for this decadent work of art and piece of history.
