Antique English 18k Gold Natural Ruby and Rose Cut Diamond Flush Set Ring

This cheerful antique English ring features a patterned lineup of rose cut diamonds and natural rubies. Each gem is flush set into a diamond-shaped window at the crest of the low pillowy 18k gold dome. Simple engravings activate the shoulders while the band tapers gently to the back.
