SHIPPING
Domestic (within US 50 states)
-All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $18. Express shipping available upon request for an additional fee.-Signatures are required at delivery for items over $500. If you are unable to provide a signature for delivery, please email us at okoportland@gmail.com at the time of your purchase.
International (outside US 50 states)
-We ship internationally via DHL. International shipping costs are calculated on a case by case basis depending on destination and the item. Please e-mail us at okoportland@gmail.com to receive a shipping quote. Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and any related charges not included in item’s listed price.

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Returns for items purchased in-store are allowed for a full refund, exchange or store credit on full price merchandise within 7 days of purchase. In order to make a return, please come back to the store or call/email with any questions.
In order to return items purchased online, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. All returns via post must be approved by Oko prior to shipment or they will not be accepted. Please initiate your return by contacting us via email, phone, or DM within 3 days of delivery for return authorization before sending back any merchandise. Once you receive authorization for the return we ask that you ship the item back, fully insured, within 3 days and to the address we provide (not the store’s address). All returns via shipping will incur a 5% restocking fee to cover nonrefundable charges accumulated during the checkout process. Any items lost in shipping will not be refunded. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any orders cancelled after the day of purchase but before shipping are also subject to a 5% restocking fee as the servicing fees are nonrefundable at that point.
All resized items, sale items, layaway items and international sales are final sale.
LAYAWAY
We are happy to offer layaway on items that have been listed in our webshop for at least three days. Payment for the item can be divided into three equal parts. The first payment must be completed within 24hrs of the layaway being approved, with all remaining payments completed on a monthly basis thereafter. Once the final payment has been completed, your item will be available for pick-up or shipping. Layaway is final sale.
